Mummy duck

I only realised that it has been more than one month I started documenting my life and especially Rei's life here! I'm glad I'm still doing this everyday. It would be a wonderful thing you be able to read back especially on Rei's milestones and funny antics.

Yang and I were thinking of going somewhere the next week when I'm back to Shah Alam for a visit. More like I have been thinking. I so want to go somewhere for a trip. More on staying over kind. Too bad Fu declined to go Fraser's with us because he is concerned about virus. I was actually a little angry or annoyed at first by the declination mainly because of the way he did it. But I guess he just didn't know how to say. So I'm okay with it after. I also understand very well how hard it is to make a decision for this kind of thing now because there's a baby involved, in this case Liz unborn child. Heck. I declined so many other people because of Rei. Covid is tough on mums! Funny, Liz actually asked Yang whether I was disappointed. XD.

So because of the cancellation of Fraser's plan, in the morning I thought perhaps Rei would love the farm in the city and it's free for her! So I took out all her new farm animal figurines for her to familiarise. She loves duck but since the duck that she has been seeing are yellow ducklings, I had to intro the adult duck figurine as mummy duck. When I did, she went and kissed it. Every single time!

Nowadays Rei is quite pro at walking already. Yesterday I caught her standing on one foot too. But she can't really walk right after her nap because is still drunk by the sleep haha.

(Initially, she took these slippers from the balcony door and placed on the bed. But I said cannot place them here. So I threw on the floor beside bed. She crawled and retrieved the slippers and with one hand holding on the pair, the other hand crawling, she headed towards the bedroom door and placed the slippers outside. And then clap well done for herself 🤣)

(each doing own thing at night haha! Mum say she brought the table on the couch to ask her for the phone to watch videos. We usually place phone on the table. Before that, Rei was syoking sendiri with the music on the keyboard. She danced until very high according to her phophoka.)

Today I didn't have much mood for work. But I did prep for the completion tomorrow. So I MUST finish tomorrow. 

Also video called Shah Alam family and daddy tonight. Rei walked in front of them. Haha.

Yesterday, Rei did squats and donkey kicks with me during my exercise. And danced too.
Today I didn't have the mood to do HIIT but yoga, but because she was moody after second nap, and when I told her I want to exercise and she got slightly happy and danced, I did HIIT. And yoga. But she didn't show happiness much once I did it. Even cried. D:. Moody. 

Oh yesterday, she tried to eat soap. I didn't allow. She cried. Today she tried to eat and ate her bath soapy sponge. Finally I took it away, she cried. 🤣

Bad Dominos

Today is such a stressful day. So many things went wrong. This morning Rei didn't want to wear her pants after changing diaper. So I had to wear it when she was trying to stand. But at the same time she was trying to reach for her baby chair and while doing it, she slipped and knocked her right eye on the chair. I was a bit frustrated already at that time when she cried from that. Actually did not know it was quite painful for her because after that, there is a bruise forming on her lower right eye. I felt bad. I was already frustrated because I feel like our breakfast is very long. Same goes for the dinner last night. And while I was trying to finish my food, Rei of course gets more and more impatient because first, sometimes parents don't like to see her feeding by herself as she is messy. Second, she likes to throw her food and that increases my stress as my parents are watching. So sometimes I had to feed her one piece of vegetable by one piece. And that also frustrates me....

Huawei tablet and teething day

Ugh. I hate using this blogger app so much. Just lost all the things I typed and now I have to re-type.  Rei had a more than usual irritable day today. It's probably caused by her teething. She got upset easier, threw a a tantrum when I took away the soap that I let her hold for 1 to 2 minutes when I was washing her up at night. In the end, she contorted her body until her clothes were wet from the tap water. She also cried so pitifully when I was diaper changing her after and putting pyjamas on her. She is constipated today. Put her on potty for at least 5 times but nothing. And then she pooped a smaller than coin size poop in her diaper.. And it caused her diaper rash. Not only that, she fell on her face and also accidentally smacked herself with my phone which caused red marks on her face. Cried. She also chewed on the steel of the shelves and the marble table.
