Screamy day

Rei was extra screamy today. Probably she was very tired as she skipped second nap. She had diarrhea in the morning and in the afternoon after lunch. So basically, she is still not feeling too well. But she is very active still. I wonder whether she does feel stomachache. When she screamed during dinner, I ignored her. But after some time, I told her in a serious voice that she shouldn't scream. And asked her whether she can wait for me to finish dinner and then I will bring her up to sleep. I think she got my message because after that she crawled to play at the theme park toy by herself. 

I worked longer hours today as my dad was around to take care of Rei. However also felt guilty as it's his off day. 

Yesterday after midnight, I woke up to brush teeth. Then when I want to sleep, I felt anxious about our financial situation again. I told Yang about my feelings and he gave me a good advice. He says don't extrapolate your situation. Things will change. At first I didn't want to accept whatever he said because I just wanted him to connect with me or something. But then I realised that he was trying to connect with me by giving me solid but hard to hear advice. I just wanted to whine haha. But yeah. Don't extrapolate. Things can change. I can change my situation.

Put her to sleep earlier than usual. Thank God this time she goes down easier though not as easy as last time. Mummy can go enjoy the night already.

Bad Dominos

Today is such a stressful day. So many things went wrong. This morning Rei didn't want to wear her pants after changing diaper. So I had to wear it when she was trying to stand. But at the same time she was trying to reach for her baby chair and while doing it, she slipped and knocked her right eye on the chair. I was a bit frustrated already at that time when she cried from that. Actually did not know it was quite painful for her because after that, there is a bruise forming on her lower right eye. I felt bad. I was already frustrated because I feel like our breakfast is very long. Same goes for the dinner last night. And while I was trying to finish my food, Rei of course gets more and more impatient because first, sometimes parents don't like to see her feeding by herself as she is messy. Second, she likes to throw her food and that increases my stress as my parents are watching. So sometimes I had to feed her one piece of vegetable by one piece. And that also frustrates me....

Huawei tablet and teething day

Ugh. I hate using this blogger app so much. Just lost all the things I typed and now I have to re-type.  Rei had a more than usual irritable day today. It's probably caused by her teething. She got upset easier, threw a a tantrum when I took away the soap that I let her hold for 1 to 2 minutes when I was washing her up at night. In the end, she contorted her body until her clothes were wet from the tap water. She also cried so pitifully when I was diaper changing her after and putting pyjamas on her. She is constipated today. Put her on potty for at least 5 times but nothing. And then she pooped a smaller than coin size poop in her diaper.. And it caused her diaper rash. Not only that, she fell on her face and also accidentally smacked herself with my phone which caused red marks on her face. Cried. She also chewed on the steel of the shelves and the marble table.
