Back to Shah Alam house

Rei is so funny! She knows how to enjoy music. She will press the music box to play song and continue in her play. When the music stops, she will pause her play and press the music box xD

Yesterday night, for whatever reason, Rei had a hard time sleeping. Napped too long? Teething? I put her to bed around 11pm and I think she only slept at 1am. I accidentally slept around 12 maybe and then I woke up at 12:30am to find her still awake, whining. Lol. She was playing with her pacifier. So finally I told her do you want your pacifier or you want mummy to keep for you? Then she immediately stop playing.. After that I told her to lie down on pillow and sleep. And she did. Still struggled a bit but I think she slept soon. I slept first again XD XD

Today we went back to Shah Alam house to visit grandparents and her daddy. We will be staying here a few days. It's always stressful to come back here due to higher exposure of virus as grandparents are social people. But no choice as it's expected of us and also we need to spend time as a family with daddy! This endemic is not gonna end soon. The safest way that won't hurt anyone's feelings is to stay at our own place. Hope we can have the ability to move out soon. 

Rei is less scared during this visit. Maybe she remembers from the last time we came back which was two weeks ago. Good. So tonight I won't be sleeping beside her but back on my bed. Let's see whether she will cry tonight. 

Yang helped me to cut my hair too! Finally!! My hair had been weighing down so much its so flat. I was hoping to cut it real short at the salon after this but then not sure whether short suits my head shape. Perhaps I'll just try anyway. When Yang cut my hair, Rei was so excited seeing the hair fell on the ground. But when Yang vacuumed my hair, she started crying!! Either she wanted to see the hair or she got scared because the hair disappeared into the vacuum or because she thought I'm "dying" because my hair was being sucked away. It's so hilarious though!

Oh yeah. Rei finally opened her presents from Aunt Hsinnie. They are a soft comb with her name on it, 360 degree cup, and a toothbrush! Rei didn't want to let her comb and toothbrush go and kept holding on to it.

Bad Dominos

Today is such a stressful day. So many things went wrong. This morning Rei didn't want to wear her pants after changing diaper. So I had to wear it when she was trying to stand. But at the same time she was trying to reach for her baby chair and while doing it, she slipped and knocked her right eye on the chair. I was a bit frustrated already at that time when she cried from that. Actually did not know it was quite painful for her because after that, there is a bruise forming on her lower right eye. I felt bad. I was already frustrated because I feel like our breakfast is very long. Same goes for the dinner last night. And while I was trying to finish my food, Rei of course gets more and more impatient because first, sometimes parents don't like to see her feeding by herself as she is messy. Second, she likes to throw her food and that increases my stress as my parents are watching. So sometimes I had to feed her one piece of vegetable by one piece. And that also frustrates me....

Huawei tablet and teething day

Ugh. I hate using this blogger app so much. Just lost all the things I typed and now I have to re-type.  Rei had a more than usual irritable day today. It's probably caused by her teething. She got upset easier, threw a a tantrum when I took away the soap that I let her hold for 1 to 2 minutes when I was washing her up at night. In the end, she contorted her body until her clothes were wet from the tap water. She also cried so pitifully when I was diaper changing her after and putting pyjamas on her. She is constipated today. Put her on potty for at least 5 times but nothing. And then she pooped a smaller than coin size poop in her diaper.. And it caused her diaper rash. Not only that, she fell on her face and also accidentally smacked herself with my phone which caused red marks on her face. Cried. She also chewed on the steel of the shelves and the marble table.
