Poonami Diarrhea

This morning when I put Rei in her playpen, she played by herself for a while. Then when I entered the playpen, she started to be clingy to me again. So I spent some focused time playing and teaching her. After that she was a little better.

Yesterday I gave her some plastic fruits toys - apple, lemon, watermelon, grapes. And I showed her the fruits in the book. I could see she was absorbing whatever I said.

Today also she discovered she could cover the smaller cup with a bigger cup as well as fit the smaller cup in a bigger one. She also played hide and seek with me and then proceeded to go to the back of the couch and ended up stuck behind.

(hide and seek)
(crying a bit because she was stuck here)

Yesterday night she had a hard time going down for sleep. After one hour of trying of which I was already sleeping, I woke up to her crying in frustration at 12am. Lol.

Rei had diarrhea. Probably the first time in her life? It's a poonami too! We discovered the first one after pho pho Ka put down Rei on the high chair and I saw yellowish stuffs and one long thin vegetable on her hand. At first I thought it's the soup she cooked today since the vegetable looks the same. Rei's whole back was smeared with her diarrhea poop where again I saw the same yellow liquid and vegetable. So we had to give her a bath straight - me holding on to her while mum scrub her down with soap.

After the bath, she got a slight fever at 37.2 degree Celsius. Probably for at most 1 hour. Then it subsided. Later at night after dinner, Rei told my dad she wanted to poop. She pulled up her shirt and then wanting to crawl to her bathing area which sometimes keeps her potty. But she couldn't wait and ended up pooping in her diaper. It's the same yellow poop but this time it's more watery and no vegetable.

(after first poonami and with a slight fever)
(a treat for her because she was sick)
(just chilling)
